Our Workflow
1. Identification
& Clarification
We begin by working closely with the client to clearly define the project scope and objectives, ensuring the final deliverables match the client’s exact needs. This stage may include initial site data collection — such as available bathymetric and geotechnical information — and establishing the Basis of Design, including all functional and operational requirements.
2. Design Phase
This is the core execution stage of the marine project, often starting with a Pre-FEED phase, followed by a FEED phase. It may involve detailed surveys, marine studies, mooring and berthing analyses, structural design, and preparation of specifications and tender documents — all developed in line with leading international standards.
3. Execution
& Delivery
In this stage, the contractor executes the tendered works, with MARINE VALUE providing technical support and responding to engineering queries during construction. For marine studies, this stage includes delivering final reports with clear recommendations for safe operations, such as mooring and berthing guidelines.
4. Evaluation
& Follow-Up
We review the delivered project together with the client, reflecting on key outcomes and addressing any lessons learned. Feedback from this stage helps ensure continuous improvement and the long-term success of the solution.
